It is my pleasure to work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction with your new artwork. If the artwork is damaged in any way during shipping, please contact me immediately and provide photos so that I can file an insurance claim. You may choose a new piece, or I can issue a refund (less shipping charges).
Returns for Unhappiness
If you are simply unhappy with your painting, you may return it within 7 business days. The painting must be packaged in the same fashion as it was when it arrived to you, and you may reuse the original packaging. I will email you my mailing address for the return. Return shipping fees, like all shipping charges, are the customer's responsibility. Once I receive the painting in perfect condition, we can proceed with a refund (less shipping charges) or choose a new piece of equal or lesser value.
Previewing Art in Your Space
If you would like to see how a painting might look in your space before purchasing, feel free to take a clear, straight-on photo of the space and email it to me along with the wall measurements. I will Photoshop the painting into your space so you can visualize it.
Custom Commissions
If your piece was a custom commission, all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for custom commissions, as you will have multiple opportunities to make changes during the development process.
